The foreign ministers of Saudi Arabia, Turkey and Egypt are coming to Islamabad on Sunday on a two-day state visit at the invitation of Pakistan’s Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar.
According to a statement of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Pakistan, this high-level diplomatic meeting will be held on March 29 and 30. Saudi Arabia’s Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan Al Saud, Turkey’s Hakan Fidan and Egypt’s Badr Abdelatti will participate in it.
The main objective of this visit is to reduce regional tensions and strengthen cooperation between the four countries in various fields.
The statement also said that besides the official meeting, the visiting representatives will also meet Pakistan Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif. The meeting was organized to build an integrated position and deepen mutual strategic relations in the context of the ongoing regional situation.
